SAP R2R Business Solution Architect

Responsibilities

• Establish SAP project governance, including business requirement alignment, fit-gap analysis, process refinement, and issue resolution

• Identify opportunities for improvement in customer solutions within the SAP R2R domain

• Define functional R2R requirements and coordinate alignment between IT and business stakeholders from discovery to SAP blueprint

• Support account planning initiatives and develop customer visions aligned with solution strategies

• Oversee architecture governance for the R2R domain to ensure consistency and collaboration

• Specify business, data, application, and technical architecture for R2R solutions

• Align customer roadmaps with SAP’s portfolio and ensure architectural cohesion

• Present SAP innovations tailored to specific business requirements

• Foster strong customer relationships and participate in solution discussions with the EPAM sales team

• Monitor R2R process improvement trends and advancements in SAP solutions

• Estimate work efforts related to R2R processes, organizational improvements, and SAP configurations

Requirements

• Several years of experience in SAP R2R solution design and architecture

• Background in identifying solution gaps and determining effective resolutions within the R2R domain

• Competency in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling modules

• Familiarity with processes such as budgeting, cost allocation, sales and operations planning, and fast closing practices

• Understanding of business requirements and ability to map these to SAP solutions for clear communication with stakeholders

• Proficiency in customer engagement with prior experience in pre-sales and solution exploration

• Skills in written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics, Central Finance (CFin), Performance and Profitability Management (PaPM), Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

• Understanding of GAAP and IFRS accounting standards

• Familiarity with service sales cycles, account strategy development, and go-to-market approaches

• Expertise in frameworks such as PMP, TOGAF, and SAP Design Thinking
