For our Corporate Service Center in PL-Katowice we are currently looking for a:


SAP Senior Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM – Project Lead


The functional SAP Senior Consultant for SuccessFactors and SAP HCM is responsible to provide functional expertise for the European SuccessFactors platform. Together with the team he/she ensures functional support for the HR system landscape (SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, Concur, SAP ECC) which are required to run the end-to-end HR processes.


He/she leads medium sized projects in the HCM processes and work as sub-project lead in larger initiatives like SAP SuccessFactors rollouts or introduction of new business processes


The process analysis in the HCM area in close collaboration with the various business partners is a major task followed by the implementation of the identified changes in accordance with the overall system architecture. 


The position requires functional leadership for the SAP SuccessFactors platform and SAP HCM Module within Aebi Schmidt. The position is exposed against multiple stakeholders to discuss new requirements or changes. It’s a crucial role to further develop our business processes within the HR area.


Your responsibilities


  • Main contact person for the European business users within the support organization for the SAP SuccessFactors platform and the SAP HCM time management 

  • Work on HCM projects representing the SAP SuccessFactors platform (midsize company projects) 

  • Process analysis within the human resource area together with the various business partner

implementing system changes in accordance with the system architecture (Configuration, testing, documentation)

  • Create and maintain the process & configuration documentation for SuccessFactors

  • Provide hands-on configuration and support in Employee Central and at least 2–3 other modules (e.g., Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)

  • Create development specifications for new enhancements & interfaces in the HR context

  • Support payroll processes and data replication for Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

  • Maintain role-based permissions, workflows, data models, and business rules

  • Support integrations via SAP CPI with downstream systems (SAP ECC, SAP Concur)

  • Conduct system-, regression testing, and release management

  • Analyse and resolve incidents, defects, and performance issues

  • Coordinate with AMS partners for SuccessFactors & ECP support and release management related activities (e.g., support package upgrades)

  • Provide expert knowledge of Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT) in SAP ECC

  • Support SAP Concur travel and expense processes

  • Provide training to regional & local HR business users


Our requirements


  • Expert-level configuration skills in Employee Central (EC), Proficiency in at least 2–3 secondary modules (Recruiting, LMS, PMGM).

  • Experience managing Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Foundation Objects, and complex Business Rules.

  • Strong understanding of SAP ECC (PA/PT) is required to bridge the gap between cloud and on-premise systems, especially regarding Time Management.

  • Good understanding of SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to troubleshoot how data flows between SF and downstream systems like SAP ECC or Concur.

  • Experience coordinating with AMS (Application Managed Services) and external vendors to ensure SLAs are met

  • A solid understanding of European HR compliance, Payroll (ECP), and Time Management logic.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
