We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional who will take ownership of building and leading the SuccessFactors practice within the organization. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to create something from the ground up and have a real strategic impact.

Role Overview

There is currently no dedicated SAP SuccessFactors team. The selected candidate will build and develop a team of approximately 6–8 consultants around them. This role combines hands-on expertise, leadership, mentoring, and business partnership.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop the SAP SuccessFactors team

• Advise clients on implementation strategy and solution variants

• Act as the subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors

• Mentor and support junior consultants

• Support presales activities

• Participate in initial implementations and define delivery standards

Requirements (Must Have)

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central

• Very good knowledge of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management)

• Experience in ECC → S/4 migration projects

• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Long-term mindset and commitment

Nice to Have

• Experience in building consulting teams

• Knowledge of Payroll in S/4HANA
