We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional who will take ownership of building and leading the SuccessFactors practice within the organization. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to create something from the ground up and have a real strategic impact.
Role Overview
There is currently no dedicated SAP SuccessFactors team. The selected candidate will build and develop a team of approximately 6–8 consultants around them. This role combines hands-on expertise, leadership, mentoring, and business partnership.
Responsibilities
Build and develop the SAP SuccessFactors team
Advise clients on implementation strategy and solution variants
Act as the subject matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors
Mentor and support junior consultants
Support presales activities
Participate in initial implementations and define delivery standards
Requirements (Must Have)
Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central
Very good knowledge of SAP HCM (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Time Management)
Experience in ECC → S/4 migration projects
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
Long-term mindset and commitment
Nice to Have
Experience in building consulting teams
Knowledge of Payroll in S/4HANA
