ServiceNow Catalogue Manager
Responsibilities:
Experienced Catalogue / Service Request Specialist
Must have solid experience in ServiceNow and be familiar with catalogue item best practices
Ability to self-manage workload, prioritize tasks effectively, and work resourcefully
Designing and creating new forms, workflows, and flows (including option-based forms)
Configuration of catalogue items, approvals, and variables
Troubleshooting and resolving catalogue-related issues
Strong attention to detail with context and presentation: writing user-friendly descriptions, experience with adding images
Good collaboration skills with stakeholders to gather requirements
Requirements:
