Enterprise ERP Programs Manager
The Cluster Lead/Manager for Enterprise ERP Programs is accountable for the overall performance, scalability, and growth of a multi-platform ERP portfolio across SAP and Microsoft Dynamics ecosystems.
Operating at the portfolio level, this role ensures delivery is financially sustainable, operationally resilient, and positioned for expansion. The Cluster Lead balances delivery excellence, margin health, capability maturity, and long-term growth, transforming ERP engagements into repeatable, scalable, and commercially viable solutions.
The role acts as the senior delivery executive across clients, practices, and regions, connecting strategy with execution.

Ensure cross-platform alignment, architectural consistency, shared capabilities, and operational synergies across programs
Own portfolio P&L, margin, revenue, utilization, and cost structure
Forecast performance, ensure financial predictability, validate assumptions, mitigate risks early, distinguish structural vs temporary deviations, drive optimization and investment decisions, and ensure transparent, data-driven financial governance

Build trusted partnerships through clarity and transparency, represent ERP capabilities in strategic discussions, advise on transformation roadmaps and operating models, and position the portfolio as a strategic partner, not a vendor
