SAP P2P Business Solution Architect

Are you a business-minded SAP expert with a deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and a passion for solution design? Join EPAM as a SAP P2P Business Solution Architect and help our global clients translate their procurement challenges into modern, scalable SAP solutions.

In this role, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across business and IT, leading solution design, architecture governance, and roadmapping efforts. You’ll be a key player in SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects, helping drive innovation and business value through SAP’s latest technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP pre-sales and delivery engagements focused on the P2P process domain

• Run fit-gap analysis, requirements definition, and solution blueprinting

• Design and integrate SAP P2P architecture (business, data, application, and technical)

• Align customer business goals with SAP solution capabilities

• Support implementation of SAP S/4HANA (SCM) and related technologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across sales, architecture, and delivery

• Contribute to customer roadmaps and long-term transformation plans

• Stay up to date with P2P trends and SAP innovations, including ARIBA, BTP, and IBP

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of practical hands-on experience in software development with a focus on SAP products

• At least 5 projects/cases in a technical team lead role with consistent hands-on work during the last 3 years

• 4+ years of experience as an Architect

• Proven experience in SAP solution architecture or functional consulting with a focus on P2P

• Strong understanding of SCM processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities

• Ability to identify process gaps and translate business needs into SAP solution designs

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Familiarity with procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supply chain planning

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP ecosystem beyond P2P: Sales, Finance, EWM, TM, IBP, CAR, BTP

• Experience in methodologies such as TOGAF, PMP, SAP Design Thinking

• Background in IT services or pre-sales consulting

• Understanding of Lean/SCOR methodologies
