Lead Salesforce Integration Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Integration Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and integration of Salesforce applications with various third-party APIs and other system integrations. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to ensure seamless connectivity and data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Salesforce with various third-party APIs
• Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver optimal integrations
• Oversee the development lifecycle, from design through deployment
• Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce integrations
• Optimize integration processes for scalability and performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
• Mentor junior developers and guide them through complex technical challenges
• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates
• Document all integration processes and maintain configuration records

Requirements

• 5+ years of working experience in a Salesforce development and integration role
• Proficiency in Salesforce and integration of it with various third-party APIs
• Knowledge of other types of system integrations
• Background in developing scalable Salesforce solutions
• Skills in communicating technical concepts to different audiences
• Understanding of various data models
• Competency in troubleshooting and resolving integration problems
• Capability to lead development projects and mentor less experienced developers
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and timelines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
