We are seeking experienced Agile Coaches with SAFe expertise to guide and support Agile SAFe implementations for a leading banking organization. These professionals will drive Agile transformations across geographically distributed teams, ensuring seamless adoption and scalability of Agile practices.
Enterprise Agile Coach
- Lead Agile transformations and implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) across multiple teams and value streams.
- Act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), managing Program Increment (PI) planning, optimizing Agile Release Trains (ART), and addressing dependencies.
- Deliver SAFe training, coach Agile teams, and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI planning, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Develop and execute Agile transformation roadmaps to align organizational objectives across c-suite, portfolios, and teams.
- Implement process improvements, reducing cycle times by up to 30%, and fostering a culture of collaboration.
- Provide hands-on coaching in SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban while mentoring key roles such as RTEs, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners.
Team Agile Coach
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster alignment across teams in a scaled Agile context.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure adherence to SAFe processes and principles.
- Implement and monitor Agile performance metrics to track progress and optimize workflows.
- Provide targeted coaching to enhance team performance, leadership skills, and Agile maturity.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive Agile best practices.
