Software Engineer (Genesys)

Tasks: 

• Develop, implement, and maintain applications and integrations using Genesys platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, Genesys Engage)
• Customize and configure Genesys solutions to meet business needs, including workflows, IVR systems, and routing logic. 
• Collaborate with business analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver optimal solutions on Genesys platforms
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Genesys systems to ensure high availability and performance 
• Document technical designs, code, and configurations, ensuring compliance with best practices and internal standards

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong experience with Genesys platforms (Cloud, Engage, or On-Premise), including APIs, routing, and contact center solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C#) and scripting languages for Genesys customization
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless functionality of Genesys applications
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and customers
