As a Business Relation Manager with German you will be part of the team that realizes complex product development
Your Responsibilities:
- Further develop IT-controlling processes and structures within the billing process.
- Support IT controllers during the invoice verification and payment process.
- Collaborate across all departments of the organization to ensure cohesive business relations.
- Design and integrate new requirements into IT-controlling and financial management.
- Manage large data sets and provide comprehensive analysis to support business decisions.
- Act as a point of contact for procurement-related issues within your area of responsibility.
- Handle invoice processing in SAP.
- Oversee project controlling and financial analysis of projects.
- Conduct contract analysis, focusing on IT-related agreements.
- Develop cost-benefit calculations and perform financial forecasting.
- Detect and resolve errors in Excel spreadsheets to ensure accurate data reporting.
- Produce Plan/Actual comparisons and track financial performance.
- Report to stakeholders and management on financial metrics and performance.
- Review and validate IT contracts from a controlling perspective.
- Ensure compliance with controlling guidelines and policies.
- Develop and monitor IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
What We Are Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of IT contracts and contract analysis.
- Experience in IT financial management, project controlling, and cost allocation in IT.
- Proficiency in SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP CO, SAP PS, MS Office, Jira, ServiceNow, and Otris.
- Understanding of financial accounting, financial reporting, and project financial management.
- Familiarity with the development and management of IT key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strong skills in process design and ad-hoc reporting.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in knowledge transfer and effective communication of complex financial processes.
