IT Asset Manager

Your duties:

- Maintenance of the company's internal store system for IT assets based on Matrix42

- Tracking of asset changes

- Preparation and verification of internal billing data according to assets

- Operational management and maintenance of service bookings in Matrix42

- Supporting data preparation for ongoing inventories

- Communication with the branch's contact persons regarding IT assets and inventories.

Our requirements:

- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training

- Experience in the use of asset management systems

- Good software and hardware knowledge

- Structured and service-oriented working style

- process-oriented thinking

- ability to work independently

- strong communication skills

- Sense of responsibility

- Very good written and spoken English

- German language skills are an advantage.
