About SAMS

The SAMS Programme is a Security and Access Management System aimed at managing user identities, roles, and permissions across banking systems. Its primary functions include:

• Access Control: Managing employee access based on roles.
• Compliance Management: Ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• User Provisioning: Handling account setup and modifications.
• Segregation of Duties: Mitigating conflicts of interest.
• Audit and Reporting: Insightful analysis of user activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assess requests for development resources and funding allocation.
• Act as a central coordinator among various teams to ensure project alignment.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT.
• Technical appreciation with a non-overly technical background.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to oversee multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in using JIRA for project tracking and management.
