Senior IT Project Manager (Security)

Salary: 1000 - 1360 PLN/MD

Work model: Fully remote with occasional business travel to Stockholm, Berlin or Amsterdam.

Project

You will be involed in The Azure Reinforced project that focuses on strengthening cloud resilience and business continuity within an Azure environment. The project aims to define and validate realistic resilience and ransomware-related scenarios, develop cloud-based business continuity strategies, and verify recovery readiness through practical testing.

The scope includes assessment and benchmarking using Microsoft standards, addressing findings from a gap analysis, and executing cloud recovery tests for multiple applications, ending with a consolidated summary report. The project is delivered through structured phases covering initialization, definition, planning, implementation, and finalisation.

Expected competences and knowledge:

• Proven experience (min. 5 years) in IT Project Management
• Hands-on experience with cloud enviroments, particulary Microsoft Azure
• Hands-on experience in security-focused IT projects
• Solid knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery
• Practical understanding of ransomware and resilience scenarios
• Strong background in Corporate IT environments

Responsibilities you’ll have:

• Define and describe realistic resilience and ransomware scenarios
• Develop cloud-based business continuity strategies (BCPs)
• Address findings from gap analysis reports
• Perform assessments and benchmarks based on Microsoft standards
• Plan and coordinate cloud recovery tests for multiple applications
• Manage project phases including initialization, definition, planning, implementation, and finalisation
• Perform effort estimation, cost calculation, and budget control
• Prepare schedules, milestones, and risk management concepts
• Ensure regular reporting, project documentation, and final project review
• Manage change requests and follow up on target achievement
• Support approvals and formal project closure activities
