Senior Product Designer - Agentic

You will take the lead to design and improve platform capabilities, including agentic development and management and AI and data integrations. You will work side by side with other talented designers, engineers and PMs, in strong collaboration with our R&D development teams.

You will get down and dirty to explore and understand the technological landscape of systems, products and processes that our customers use. You will use your usability mindset to understand the user needs, to solve big technical challenges, to ideate, prototype and test solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the design process from concept to implementation for new product features.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish user needs and business goals.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for user interfaces.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.

• Ensure designs are consistent, accessible, and user-friendly.

• Contribute to and maintain design systems within Figma.

• Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical feasibility discussions.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of modern software development practices and understanding of AI integrations.

• Proven experience as a product designer in complex SaaS or PaaS products.

• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

• High proficiency in Figma, including the ability to contribute to design systems.

• Experience utilizing AI in the UX design process.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with developer experience (DevEx) tools.

• Previous work in the computer technology industry.

This is a remote position that offers flexible working hours. Candidates should be ready to engage with complex technological challenges in a fast-paced environment.

This is a short-term project, 7-9 months (can be extended).
