M365 Specialist

We’re looking for an M365 Specialist to join our client’s team in Poland and take part in major IT & Digital transformation projects — from cloud migrations to AI and Copilot exploration.

Introduction & Summary

The M365 Specialist will play a vital role in IT transformation projects, leveraging a strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem. The successful candidate will have proficiency in M365 technologies, including Microsoft Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint, and will contribute to optimizing IT services and driving the adoption of new tools and methodologies, particularly in Agile environments.

Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week in Gdańsk
Contract: B2B
Duration: 12 months + strong extension perspective (long-term collaboration)
Work mode: 90% projects | 10% support
Methodology: Agile / DevOps

Main Responsibilities

• Implement projects as per agreed objectives while participating in hands-on work and investigating solutions.

• Prepare documentation for completed projects.

• Stay updated with Microsoft advancements and identify integration opportunities for new technologies.

• Collaborate within a team focused on IT transformation and support.

• Contribute to migrating outdated IT services to new, innovative solutions.

Key Requirements

• Strong expertise in the Microsoft & M365 ecosystem.

• Proficiency in Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, and Entra ID.

• Understanding of Agile (DevOps) methodologies.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Educational background: Master’s degree in IT or related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in large IT organizations.

• Knowledge of compliance tools and email security protocols.

• Experience with Microsoft AI tools and advanced features of Microsoft products.

Other Details

This position involves significant project work with a focus on M365 technologies, including upcoming projects pertaining to email transformations, compliance tools, and Azure Communication Services. The role is remote-friendly and aims to drive digital transformation within the organization.
