Product Owner

Are you a Business-focused Product Owner with a knack for translating complex needs into technical reality? We are looking for a Mid-Level Product Owner to own our Data and Insight portfolio, driving revenue through customer-centric design and cloud-based innovation.

The Mission

• Product Ownership: Own the Data and Insight products, from initial vision to "on-the-shelf" delivery.

• Customer Engagement: Lead workshops and demonstrations to anticipate business needs and drive revenue.

• Cloud Migration: Support our transition to cloud-based environments.

• Backlog Management: Elaborate features into technical requirements and oversee team delivery and acceptance testing.

• Collaboration: Liaise with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Security to ensure seamless product creation.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years as a Product Owner or Business Systems Analyst (preferably in Finance/Fintech).

• Education: Degree in Math, Engineering, Economics, CS, or Product Management.

• The "Bridge" Mindset: A strong business background (>50%) paired with the ability to speak "tech" to engineers.

• Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of SDLC and transaction processing engines (Banking, Fintech, or Lottery).

• Tools: Proficiency in writing requirements (DOORS/Polarion is a plus) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).

• Soft Skills: Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple competing initiatives.

• Language: Fluent English.

• Mobility: Ability to travel internationally (up to 15%) and work across multiple time zones.
