Workstream Execution Analyst

Location: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Łódź – Hybrid (3 days in office)

About the role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workstream Execution Analyst to support workstream leads and project managers in managing approximately 11-12 projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support workstream leads and project managers with project management tasks

• Facilitate risk and issue management collaborating with the Risk Manager

• Manage dependencies with the Dependency Manager

• Provide financial management support and handle administrative progress reporting

• Support project portfolio management (PPM) and progress reporting to PMO

• Maintain Jira (L1, L2, L3) including milestone status updates and closure evidence

• Manage change requests and track evidence for PMO

• Maintain risk and dependency data (including CRMA/QRA) for PMO

• Onboard new resources at the workstream level

Required Qualifications:

• Project management or PMO certification (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong experience in complex data presentation (Excel, Jira, PowerPoint)

• Experience with project budgeting and cost control

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Familiarity with PMO processes and project support activities
