Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Develop a scalable and consistent design system to streamline ongoing and future work.
• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and expectations.
• Perform competitive analyses to identify best practices and drive product differentiation.
• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to align business and user goals.
• Provide recommendations for integrating manual and digital processes to reduce future rework.
• Comprehensive user research reports and actionable insights.
• Refined application flows validated through usability testing.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record of designing user-centric solutions in banking or fintech.
• Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale, complex UX projects.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design processes.
• Excellent decision-making skills backed by data-driven insights and user feedback.
• Fluent English and the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and other design professionals.
