We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Xactly Implementor to join our team and manage the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of Xactly solutions. This role is flexible (full-time or part-time) and can be performed remotely

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Xactly solutions, including Xactly Incent, Xactly Connect, and Xactly Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
• Configure and customize Xactly software to meet company policies and procedures.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users for successful adoption of Xactly solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Xactly implementation and usage.
• Stay updated with the latest Xactly features to maximize their capabilities within the organization.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Xactly implementation, particularly Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
• Strong technical expertise in configuring and customizing Xactly solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global stakeholders.
• Experience in high-tech companies and familiarity with commission systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have:

• Background in data analysis or backend development.
• Experience with integration companies, such as Sandz or similar.
• Familiarity with remote working tools and international team dynamics.
• Understanding of high-tech industry processes and systems.
