Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce) to design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform within the financial services sector.

This role focuses on creating custom functionalities, implementing automation, and deploying Agentforce-based solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs in the financial services domain.

• Build custom functionalities and implement automation workflows using Apex and Salesforce platform tools.

• Implement and maintain Agentforce-based solutions to support and optimize business processes.

• Collaborate effectively with project teams to deliver solutions within dynamic and evolving project environments.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout development activities.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including proficiency with Apex and Salesforce platform tools.

• Hands-on experience implementing Agentforce solutions is essential.

• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams.

• Ability to work efficiently within dynamic and project-driven environments.

• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is highly desirable.
