Senior UC Cloud Engineer

Salary: 1000 - 1280 PLN/MD on B2B

Work model: hybrid from Gdańsk / Warszawa  (at least 3 days per week from the office)

Project

The role focuses on working as an Cloud Engineer within the Unified Communications team in the End-User Engineer Service Domain, part of Core Technology. The position involves designing, configuring, and maintaining a range of end-user technologies, primarily within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Teams and compliance recording solutions.

Expected competences and knowledge

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role  

• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure or equivalent)  

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially MS Teams), Azure, and compliance recording solutions (e.g. Verint, Intelligent Voice)  

• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (e.g. PowerShell)  

• Experience with Unified Communication technologies (SIP trunks, SBCs, private wires)  

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team  

• Troubleshooting skills and readiness to work in task force mode when required  

• Self-driven and self-motivated approach  

• Experience with Jira and Confluence, and working in both agile and traditional environments

• Fluency in English

• Experience working in SAFe
