ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a talented individual to support the deployment of groundbreaking initiatives that will redefine our operating models and drive AI-driven use cases.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand evolving business requirements and assess their impact on processes, leveraging your experience in financial institutions and banking products.
• Translate business needs into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with project objectives while working closely with Delivery Teams.
• Craft business cases, user stories, and strategic roadmaps that clearly outline how AI initiatives can address specific business challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
• Utilize AI tools and platforms to support business processes and decision-making, ensuring that solutions are practical and aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
• Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and document detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
• Create clear documentation including change impact assessments and operating model changes, facilitating effective communication across teams.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Market Change Leads to align goals and execute successful rollouts of AI initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, using excellent verbal and written skills to convey requirements and process changes clearly.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial institutions, with a strong understanding of banking products (experience in lending products is a plus).
• Proven experience in crafting business cases, user stories, and strategic roadmaps, along with a solid understanding of data and AI tools
• .
• Proficiency in using AI tools and platforms to support business processes and decision-making.
• Interest in AI advancements and trends, actively seeking opportunities for professional development in AI technologies.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including Product Owners and Delivery Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey requirements and process changes clearly.
