Business Analyst with Arabic

The IT company Andersen invites a Business Analyst (fluent in Arabic) to join its team for working with a company from the UAE.  

This position requires on-site in the Abu Dhabi office, but we are also open to considering candidates from other countries for relocation. 

The customer is a government entity that manages public affairs and oversees various corporate and philanthropic projects. The company is embarking on a transformative digital journey to enhance its operational efficiency and customer experiences. 

The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes. 

Responsibilities: 

- Conducting thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement. 

- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy. 

- Developing detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. 

- Working closely with development teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications. 

- Participating in the testing phase, validating that solutions meet business requirements and addressing any issues or discrepancies. 

- Assisting in project management activities, including project planning, monitoring, and reporting. 

- Providing ongoing support and consultation to business users, addressing system-related queries and issues. 

- Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. 

Must-have: 

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 

- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT industry for 3+ years. 

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate information and processes. 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

- Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques. 

- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project management principles. 

- Experience with business analysis tools and technologies. 

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above. 

- Level of Arabic – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
