As a Mid-Level Business Analyst, you will be working for our client, a global industry leader specializing in developing cutting-edge digital post-sales and restructuring solutions for corporate clients. Your expertise will drive the evolution of their service offerings, streamline processes, and deliver impactful insights that support strategic growth. Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze complex business processes and create detailed documentation, including process flows and instructions.
- Collaborate with end-users and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Apply modeling tools such as Enterprise Architect and Camunda to visualize and improve workflows.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage projects effectively and facilitate team collaboration.
- Identify issues proactively and propose innovative solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of business process analysis and documentation techniques.
- Experience with tools like Enterprise Architect, Camunda, and BPMN.
- Familiarity with financial markets products and tools like Android Studio, Git is a plus.
- Good command of Polish, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate within Agile teams.
It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)
- Knowledge of RabbitMQ or other messaging technologies.
- Experience with testing tools and UML modeling.
- Experience with REST API.
