ROLE OVERVIEW: 

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for finance and IT services? Do you dream of being at the forefront of technological innovation? This role is crucial for assessing the impact of change on our operating models and offers a unique opportunity to build and implement AI-driven use cases. Join us and enter the next dimension of work with AI!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with Product Owners to understand change requirements and assess the impact on the operating model for various processes.
• Work closely with Delivery Teams to translate business requirements into actionable tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Analyze current processes, identify areas for improvement, and document detailed requirements.
• Develop and implement AI driven use cases to enhance business processes and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise documentation including change impact assessments, requirements, and operating model changes.
• Coordinating with Project Managers and Market Change Leads on deployment activities, aligning goals to execute successful rollouts.

KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with work experience in financial institutions or a strong knowledge of banking products. Experience in lending products will be an advantage. 
• Strong understanding of various operating models. Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work closely with diverse teams, including Product Owners, Delivery Teams, and Market Change Leads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate requirements, process changes, and impact assessments.
• Interest in using AI tools and build AI driven use cases and requirements. Previous experience in AI is a plus.
