Process & Learning Systems Manager

Position Purpose

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Learning & Development processes within a global HR technology environment. Responsible for the ownership, configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of learning management solutions supporting employee development, compliance, and business objectives.

Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and IT partners to deliver scalable, user-centric learning solutions and drive continuous value through a product-oriented delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Learning Solutions Management

• Serve as the functional expert for enterprise learning management solutions.

• Own system configuration, process design, and continuous enhancement activities.

• Drive standardization and scalability of global learning and development processes.

• Ensure alignment between technology capabilities and organizational talent development strategies.

Project Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements and transformation initiatives.

• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile and product-based environments.

• Support global deployments, adoption initiatives, and change management activities.

Operations & Release Management

• Manage complex incidents, problem resolution, and major change requests.

• Support platform upgrades and periodic release cycles.

• Coordinate testing activities to ensure solution quality and stability.

• Maintain data integrity, compliance standards, and system performance.

• Collaborate with support teams and external service providers.

Governance & Vendor Management

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and implementation partners.

• Maintain functional documentation, process maps, and testing materials.

• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Required Experience & Skills

• Several years of experience working with enterprise HR and Learning Management Systems.

• Strong understanding of Learning & Development processes, including training administration, curricula management, certifications, and compliance learning.

• Hands-on experience with system configuration and solution design.

• Experience delivering global projects and managing system enhancements.

• Knowledge of integrations between HR systems and external learning/content platforms.

• Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Understanding of IT service management processes (incident, change, and release management).

• Awareness of data privacy, audit, and compliance requirements.

• Exposure to AI-driven learning technologies, analytics, or personalized learning solutions is an advantage.
