Senior Agile Master – Scaled Agile Delivery

We are supporting a large international organisation delivering a major enterprise transformation programme and are looking for a Senior Agile Master to support a complex multi-team product environment.

This role is ideal for somebody with strong experience operating in scaled agile environments and coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams.

The Role

You will support a product setup made up of multiple agile development teams, helping to drive collaboration, delivery governance, agile maturity, and scaled agile ways of working.

Alongside supporting one of the development teams directly, you will also help coordinate the broader team-of-teams structure, ceremonies, communication flows, and delivery alignment across the wider setup.

This is a hands-on delivery-focused role within a structured enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate agile ceremonies across engineering and product teams

• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple agile teams

• Support implementation and optimisation of scaled agile frameworks

• Improve collaboration, transparency, and dependency management between teams

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery practices

• Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and delivery stakeholders

• Help establish and maintain effective agile governance, ceremonies, and workflows

• Support delivery planning, coordination, and execution in a complex enterprise environment

Required Experience

• 10+ years’ experience within Agile delivery, Scrum Master, Agile Master, or Agile Coaching roles

• Strong experience working within scaled agile environments

• Practical experience implementing frameworks such as SAFe or similar team-of-teams models

• Experience coordinating multiple development teams simultaneously

• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and enterprise delivery practices

• Experience working closely with software engineering teams

• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills

• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience operating as an RTE (Release Train Engineer) or within similar scaled delivery functions

• Experience within SAP or enterprise platform environments

• Exposure to SAP BTP delivery teams

• Background working within large international enterprise programmes
