About

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join international projects delivered for clients from Germany and Austria.

In this role, you will work closely with international stakeholders, HR teams, and technical experts to implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors solutions in global environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and HR requirements together with international clients

• Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules based on customer needs

• Support implementation and rollout projects across different countries

• Cooperate with HR, business, and technical teams during the entire project lifecycle

• Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide solution recommendations

• Support integrations, testing, user training, and go-live activities

• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing consulting support

• Participate in process improvements and optimization initiatives

What you bring

• Commercial experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Hands-on experience with at least one SAP SuccessFactors module, such as:

  • Employee Central

  • Recruiting

  • Onboarding

  • Learning

  • Performance & Goals

• Experience working with international clients or global environments

• Understanding of HR processes and business workflows

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Very good English skills (spoken and written)

• German language skills are a strong plus

• Experience with SAP HCM integrations or migrations is a plus

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications are nice to have
