Project Manager (Tech SaaS, remote)

aqua cloud is looking for a Project Manager — a Mission Closer with 2 years of experience.

Your arsenal of hard skills:

• Project management expertise: 2 years of experience managing agile projects. You know your Kanban from your Scrum, and “sprint velocity” or ‘team capacity’ aren’t just jargon to you.
• At least 2 completed projects or initiatives within a product company in your portfolio.
• Planning precision: Mastery in project planning tools like Jira, Clickup, or Asana. Gantt charts? Burn-downs? Bring them on.
• Data-driven decision making: Comfort with tracking KPIs, analyzing progress, and adjusting plans on the fly to hit goals.
• Risk management: Spot risks before they escalate and know how to turn potential blockers into opportunities.
• Communication Wizard: Exceptional ability to keep stakeholders informed and engaged, while ensuring the team remains laser-focused.
• Advanced level of English language.

What you will do:

• Take responsibility for the proper planning and timely delivery of every sprint (we work in 2-week sprints).
• Work closely together with the Product Manager to manage the backlog, based on the vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Communicate with the engineering team and keep them aligned with the sprint goals.
• Protect the team from inward and outside distractions and disruptions and remove roadblocks to hit the goal.
• Participate in and conduct scrum ceremonies: dailies, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
• Communicate with customers on feature announcements, product updates, in-app onboarding, and surveys.
• Keep aqua knowledge base up-to-date.
