Project Manager

Responsibilities

In this role, you focus on the operational execution of Data & Analytics projects. You support senior project managers and ensure efficient coordination of teams, tasks, and deliverables in an international delivery setup. 

• Manage work packages, sprints, and milestones. 

• Maintain project plans, backlogs, and status reporting. 

• Coordinate distributed and nearshore delivery teams. 

• Support capacity, budget, and timeline planning. 

• Prepare steering committee and management materials.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.

• Experience in IT, data, or analytics project environments. 

• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals. 

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. 

• Strong organizational and communication skills. 

• Fluent communication skills in English and Polish.

• Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once per month. 

• Willingness to travel to the client’s office in Lisbon. 

• Experience with agile delivery methods. 

• Experience in international project setups.
