About the role

As a Middle/Senior Talent Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in connecting top engineering talent with the right projects, supporting career growth, and enhancing retention within a fast-growing, multicultural company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of initiatives that improve processes while growing your expertise in HR and IT operations.

What you will do

• Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine;

• Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;

• Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;

• Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.

Must haves

• 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter (preferred) or HR;

• Highly developed listening and communication skills;

• You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;

• Upper-Intermediate English level;

• Great attention to detail.
