Schedules are flexible, with required overlap with the client’s time zone. Details are discussed during interviews.

Teams vary by project and include engineers and a Delivery or Project Manager for onboarding and support.
Q: Tools and equipment
We use GoogleWorkspace, GoogleChat, and Jira; clients may use Slack/Confluence/Notion. Equipment is provided.

2. Application and interview process
Q: What are the stages?
The process has two stages (order may vary by role):
1. Asynchronous
• Short online form to confirm key details
• Skills assessment: Codility coding test for engineering roles (≈1 hour, instant results); other roles vary
• Short video introduction in English (10–15 minutes)
2. Synchronous
• Technical interview with engineers or hiring team
• Final team interview
If successful, you’ll receive an offer.

Each step helps confirm fit early: form saves time, tests validate skills, video checks English and experience, interviews assess expertise and team match.
Q: What is the video interview like?
Simple 10–15 minute recording with prep time for some questions. Ensure a quiet place and stable internet. Only the recruiter and hiring manager can view it.

Usually 2–3 weeks from start to offer.

First, check your spam or junk folder and add our domain to your safe list. Still nothing? For technical issues or questions about your application, use our Support Chat and we will resend the email.
Q: I’m having trouble uploading my CV.
Try using a desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox. If the issue persists, send us a note via Support Chat and we’ll help you out.
Q: The page freezes or shows an error.
Refreshing the page, clearing your cache, or switching browsers usually does the trick. If not, share a screenshot with Support Chat so we can get it fixed quickly.
Q: My camera or microphone isn’t working for the video.
Make sure you’re on Chrome or Firefox on desktop, and that both your browser and site have the right permissions enabled.
Q: Can I re-record my video introduction?
Yes, if you're applying for an engineering role, you get 2 attempts to record your video introduction.
If you're applying for a backoffice position, you only have 1 attempt—so make sure you're ready before you start recording.
Q: How can I update my application (skills, salary, relocation, etc.)?
Just message your recruiter or contact Support Chat with the details you’d like to update.
Q: How can I delete my data?
At the bottom of your application page, you’ll see a “Remove data” option. Clicking it will permanently delete your application and personal information.
