About the role

As a Data Steward, you’ll own how product information moves from business teams to market — validating, enriching, and syndicating data through inRiver across every channel it touches. It’s a cross-functional role with real breadth: resolving data gaps at the source, maintaining syndication templates, and keeping product data accurate and channel-ready. For someone who takes pride in data quality and wants visibility across the full product data lifecycle, this is for you.

What you will do

• Validate product data across core systems to ensure completeness and accuracy;

• Upload product data into PIM systems and resolve data gaps with stakeholders;

• Support business teams with product data issues across channels;

• Communicate data requirements to stakeholders to ensure data quality aligned with product launch timelines;

• Create, track, and report on product data and launch status;

• Maintain and reconfigure syndication templates in inRiver.

  
  

Must haves

• 3+ years of experience in data management;

• Understanding of data lifecycle;

• Experience using multiple tools for data management and stewardship;

• Experience with inRiver or PIM tools (Salsify, Informatica, Akeneo);

• Experience with PIM syndication for retailers or marketplaces;

• Proficiency in Excel;

• Ability to work under tight deadlines;

• Strong communication skills;

• Fluent English level.
