Business Analyst – Commercial Migration
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the key investigator driving the commercial migration process. You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable migration paths, ensuring a smooth transition of commercial processes into new environments.
Key Responsibilities
Needs Discovery: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional migration specifications.
Feasibility Analysis: Assess current commercial tools and determine what can be retained, adapted, or requires re-engineering in the target environment.
Timeline Optimization: Work closely with project leadership to define sequencing and ensure a well-structured and logical migration timeline.
Strategic Advisory: Serve as a central knowledge hub, advising commercial teams on capabilities, constraints, and opportunities within the migration framework.
Requirements
Experience: 7+ years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on business process re-engineering and commercial data mapping.
Methodologies: Proficiency in BPMN 2.0, UML, and data flow modeling to represent complex commercial processes.
Commercial Expertise: Solid understanding of contract structures, licensing models, and revenue recognition during system transitions.
Tools: Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
Data Skills: Intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to independently perform data gap analysis between legacy and target systems.
Language: English level B2 or higher.
