ServiceNow Solution Developer
The ServiceNow program is a team of approximately 50 dedicated individuals skilled in ServiceNow across Denmark, India, and Poland. We are responsible for the development, operations, and maintenance of the global ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Program consists of two Development teams covering ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, IRM, SPM, Apps and Platform. These are supported by Product Management, Product Owners and a team of Architects.
Contract: 1 year with possibility of extension

Responsibilities
Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, especially using AI, by leveraging both standard features and custom integrations with LLM-based AI services
Developing robust integration frameworks to seamlessly connect ServiceNow with external platforms and tools
Working with architects, product owners, and development teams to ensure solutions follow best practices and adhere to established development governance
Contributing to technical documentation, development standards, and knowledge sharing across the team
Maintaining a strong focus on data quality and understanding the risks associated with poor data quality when designing and implementing AI solutions
Supporting the continuous evolvement, health and reliability of ServiceNow\'s AI capabilities
Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, with a keen focus on end-to-end product
Expectations
Over 6 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong background in software development and integrating solutions
2+ years of hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, with solid depth in scoped applications, update set lifecycle, REST/Table API, GlideRecord, and encoded queries
Proficient in JavaScript and skilled in writing, reviewing, and optimizing code in a structured IDE-based development environment
Experience using AI-powered coding assistants and LLM-based development tools to accelerate code generation, review, and documentation
Familiarity with LLM integration patterns, including API design, prompt management, and responsible AI guardrails. Experience with Now Assist is a plus
Comfortable working within enforced development governance — coding standards, mandatory peer review, and structured documentation requirements
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to produce clear specifications, documentation, and structured instructions
Technical curiosity and a proactive approach to staying updated with advancements in AI and ServiceNow technologies
Strong background in IT processes and working within large organizations
Practical experience with SAFe and ITIL as daily workflow — linking stories, documenting deployments, and managing promotion through environments — not just certification-level awareness
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, along with strong presentation abilities
High cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones
Nice to have: proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.
