ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, implement, and enhance platform solutions that support business operations and follow industry best practices.
Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB)
4+ years of commercial experience
Build and customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (JavaScript, Glide API)
Handle incident, problem, and change processes, including KPI tracking (SLA/OLA)
Integrate ServiceNow with external tools via APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub
Maintain CMDB, including Discovery and Service Mapping
Test new features (unit, integration, UAT) and support upgrades
Create reports, dashboards, and analytics
Train users and document solutions
Monitor performance and resolve issues
Work with DevOps, Security, and business teams
Requirements
Experience with ServiceNow development
Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes
Proficiency in JavaScript and Glide API
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP)
Understanding of CMDB and related processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
