ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Scope:

• Design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD modules (Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events)

• Build and customize HR workflows, services, catalog items, and UI policies

• Support and develop integrations with SAP SuccessFactors (employee data, onboarding, org structures)

• Configure and maintain APIs, IntegrationHub, and data mappings

• Ensure data consistency, security, and compliance across systems

• Develop automation using Flow Designer and HR workflows

• Support releases, upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions

• Create technical documentation and support UAT and delivery processes

Skills:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Developer (HRSD)

• Hands-on knowledge of:

  • HRSD modules (Case, Knowledge, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events)

  • JavaScript and Glide API

  • Flow Designer and Workflow Editor

  • REST/SOAP integrations

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (Employee Central, Onboarding, etc.)

• Understanding of HR processes and data models

• Experience with integration tools (IntegrationHub, Boomi, MuleSoft, SAP CPI)

• Knowledge of data security and HR data privacy standards

• Experience in Agile environments

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-HR)

• Fluent English
