For our client, we are currently looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector

  • • Strong proficiency in JavaScript

  • • Experience creating and maintaining Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and GlideRecord queries.

  • • Ability to build workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.

  • • Skilled in debugging, optimising scripts, and following ServiceNow best practices.

  • • 8 years + hands on experience

  • Supporting with remediation work for HAM, SAM, CMDB, Discovery, and ACC, they are implemented, but we have a list of issues to work through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform across CMDB, HAM Pro, SAM Pro, Discovery, and Agent Client Collector (ACC)

  • Analyze and remediate issues within existing implementations (remediation backlog)

  • Develop and maintain custom solutions using JavaScript (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts)

  • Design and implement workflows and automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

  • Build and manage integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs

  • Optimize system performance, including efficient use of GlideRecord queries

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the platform

  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance

  • Support data quality and integrity within CMDB and Discovery processes

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT Asset Management processes (HAM/SAM)

  • Document technical solutions, configurations, and changes
