Microsoft Power Platform Developer

Role

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to design, build, and deliver scalable business solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient applications and processes using modern Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365

• Gather and analyze business requirements through workshops and stakeholder collaboration

• Translate requirements into User Stories and support Product Backlog creation

• Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams) and external systems via REST APIs

• Collaborate with architects and developers on solution design (configuration vs. customization)

• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and quality

• Support deployments and ensure smooth adoption by end users

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365

• Hands-on experience with Canvas Apps and Power Automate

• Understanding of CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle)

• Strong skills in gathering and translating business requirements

• Experience working in Agile (User Stories, Epics, Features)

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams)

• Experience with REST API integrations

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)

• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript

• Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions)

• Basic frontend skills (HTML, CSS)

• Microsoft certifications (especially Dynamics 365 / Power Platform)
