Your responsibilities
End-to-End Solution Development: You will lead the development of new applications and enhancements for the Power Platform, transforming manual workflows into centralized, automated solutions.
Direct Stakeholder Collaboration: You will work closely with business owners to translate their vision into technical requirements, mapping out complex approval gateways and process logic.
System Evolution & Support: You will provide L2/L3 support and drive continuous improvement for existing enterprise tools, including incident triage, bug fixing, and root cause analysis.
Integrations & Connectivity: Building and maintaining connectors, consuming REST APIs (including auth/auth), and integrating the platform with M365, SharePoint, SQL, and other enterprise systems.
Knowledge Excellence: Creating technical documentation and ensuring smooth handovers to internal teams to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements
Power Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
M365 Ecosystem Mastery: Strong experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Approvals (Teams).
Requirement Analysis: Strong ability to independently analyze business processes and translate them into efficient technical architectures.
Production Deployment: Practical experience in rolling out solutions to production environments and managing application lifecycles.
Integration Skills: Experience in building/consuming REST APIs and working with various data sources (SQL, SharePoint).
Communication: English at a C1 level is essential for effective collaboration with international stakeholders.
Ownership Attitude: A proactive mindset—you take responsibility for the solution from the first meeting to the final release.
You need to live in Poland and/or be eligible to work here.
Start date: ASAP (second half of May or in June).
