ServiceNow Engineer – Contract Management / Integrations

About the project

We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join a global technology solutions provider serving business, government, education, and healthcare customers across the US, UK, and Canada.

You will work on a ServiceNow-based Contract Management solution, helping design and enhance workflows, integrations, and platform capabilities that support contract lifecycle processes in a complex enterprise environment.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong ServiceNow platform experience with a good understanding of workflow automation, integrations, and business process optimization.

Your role

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and improving solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on contract lifecycle management processes, workflow automation, and integrations with external systems.

This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on platform development, process design, and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow Platform

• Configure and enhance Contract Management-related modules, including tables, forms, fields, and workflows

• Implement and improve contract lifecycle workflows

• Build and optimize automated workflows to support business processes

• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems

• Design and support REST / SOAP-based interfaces and APIs

• Create and improve reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions

• Support process improvements in areas related to compliance, risk, and legal operations

What we’re looking for

• Experience implementing, configuring, or developing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management or related business processes

• Experience designing and optimizing workflow automation

• Hands-on experience with REST / SOAP APIs

• Experience building integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g. e-signature, document management platforms)

• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and performance analytics

• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders

• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform solutions

• Understanding of compliance, legal, or risk-related processes is a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Experience with Contract Management / CLM-related ServiceNow implementations

• Experience with e-signature or document management integrations

• Experience working in enterprise environments with complex approval and governance workflows
