    Warehouse Management System (WMS)

    To provide level 2 and 3 IT application and integration support for Lovisa鈥檚 current and future business systems including mainly the warehouse management system.

    The role

    • Providing 2nd and 3rd level support for complex issues escalated to the Business Systems team including documenting resolution and educating Service Desk where applicable.
    • Becoming an SME (subject matter expert) with the Warehouse Management System (Infor)
    • Attend P1 conference bridges to assist in troubleshooting and resolution of incidents.
    • Collaborating with the direct team, business analysts, project managers, other IT teams & Vendors and other business systems users.
    • Understanding the Lovisa landscape, system architecture and data flows (on-prem and cloud) including聽WMS, ERP, POS, Website聽and other 3rd party applications/platforms.
    • Continually identifying and contributing to improvements of Process and Technology and implement as required.
    • Proactively monitoring Zendesk and third-party incident/ticket queues and action as applicable.
    • Night batch monitoring and recovery in a timely manner. This includes ensuring all territory data is accounted for in and out of each territory.
    • Acting as mentor to service desk team members and perform knowledge transfer as required.
    • Involvement in testing and bug fixes for application upgrades and patches.

    About you

    • Experience in supporting Infor聽WMS聽or similar system
    • Ability to get into the detail and handle competing priorities and tasks.
    • Omni-channel retailer experience with exposure to POS, ERP, ERS, Supply Chain would be beneficial
    • Proactive/can do attitude.
    • Attention to detail with the ability to deep dive into data with strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and provide root cause analysis.
    • Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize accordingly.
    • MS-SQL Server and SSRS/SSIS understanding and querying.
