ServiceNow Solution Architect (f/m/x)
We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect who will take full ownership of designing scalable, secure, and business‑driven ServiceNow solutions for Finance Global Business Services. The role involves shaping Finance GBS workflows, partnering closely with stakeholders, and ensuring high platform standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.
Your tasks
Owning the architecture, security, compliance, and overall health of the ServiceNow solution
Designing scalable, user‑focused workflows across Finance GBS
Collaborating with Product Owners, Global Process Owners, Platform Architect, and other architects to align roadmaps and ensure reusable, consistent architecture
Leading end‑to‑end technical design, development, testing, and release activities, partnering with internal teams and external vendors
Enhancing and maintaining solutions delivered by external partners to ensure seamless system integration
Supporting roadmap and strategy creation by evaluating new ServiceNow releases and recommending improvements
Driving platform optimization through best practices, new features, automation, and reusable components
Requirements
At least 5 years of ServiceNow experience in architecture, solution design, and configuration, including Service Portal & Mobile App (Employee and Agent), with over 10 years of total professional experience
Track record of delivering ServiceNow solutions for finance functions and working knowledge of finance processes and terminology
Hands‑on expertise across ServiceNow Case & Knowledge, Service Catalog & Portal, Service Operations Management, and ITSM modules
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with ERP and other Finance applications
Advanced skills in CMDB design, ServiceNow Discovery, Asset Management, and SCCM integration
Proficiency with App Engine, Flow Designer, Process Automation Designer, IntegrationHub, CSDM, Performance Analytics, and ATF.
Strong scripting skills (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies)
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) certificate
Ability to work in Agile environments, applying practical Agile methodologies
Communication, stakeholder management, and vendor management skills
Ability to prioritize requirements, manage expectations, and maintain high-quality documentation
Residing in Poland required
Nice-to-have requirements
Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Developer (CAD) or CIS (ITSM/CSM/FSCW/App Engine)
ITIL 4 certificate
Experience in retail or healthcare sectors
