ServiceNow Architect

For one of our Clients, we are looking for a Senior Consultant / Architect (m/f/n) of the ServiceNow platform who is passionate about creating innovative and bespoke solutions for our clients. We value individuals who wish to expand their product knowledge, work with global stakeholders across product workflows, and potentially progress to architect, tech lead, dev lead, or project management roles. If you are keen on initiating discussions and overseeing projects right up to post go-live activities, we are looking for you.

ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As ServiceNow Architect, you would be a part of project teams involved in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of NowPlatform, allowing you to develop your technical and business skills in a global environment. As a Global Elite ServiceNow partner, we work with all types of modules of the platform, heavily using their features and developing custom solutions not yet built by others.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and architecture for end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across the platform.

• Design and optimize enterprise workflows, automation, data models, and process integrations.

• Integrate ServiceNow with other modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, FSM, Portal, CMDB) and with external systems.

• Ensure data governance, platform consistency, reusability, and high-quality user experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business and functional requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Define workflows, automation logic, business rules, integrations, and role-based access controls.

• Oversee reporting, performance analytics, dashboards, and KPIs to support operational insights and decision-making.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects.

This may be demonstrated through:

• Deep knowledge of at least 3 ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, ITOM, FSM, SecOps).

• Hands-on experience with workflow design, automation, data structures, and complex process implementations.

• Familiarity with integrations to external systems, API frameworks, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Experience in aligning ServiceNow solutions with other workflows across the platform for seamless service delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• At least 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.

• Proven track record in solution design and architectural leadership.

• ServiceNow CAD or CIS certifications (multiple module specializations preferred).

• Strong knowledge of ITIL and enterprise service management practices.

Nice to have

• English (C2) or other European languages would be an advantage but not mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
