Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the cloud operations team and manage Azure environments. 
• Oversee IT service management processes: incident, problem, and change management. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices, including the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Develop strategies for operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration with Azure DevOps

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar
• Proven leadership and team management experience. In-depth knowledge of Azure services and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and other industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German language nice to have
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
