Senior UX Designer

Location | Hybrid (office in Gdynia) 

More about this opportunity 

The project consists of developing a customer portal, which is already in production. It  is to be extended with additional modules and integrated with other systems, such as  Salesforce and the License Entitlement Management System. The aim is to integrate  the various applications into one common space, allowing customers to easily navigate  between them. 

Your responsibilities 

• Mapping complex user flows to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Creating low-fidelity prototypes to conceptualise design ideas. 
• Iterating on designs through high-fidelity prototypes, incorporating feedback and  refining the user interface. 
• Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to gather valuable insights  from users. 
• Conducting interviews with users to understand their needs, problems and  preferences. 
• Analysing data from usability testing, user feedback and other relevant metrics to  create actionable insights. 
• Using the insights gathered to update and iterate designs, ensuring continuous  improvement based on user feedback. 
• Work closely with the development team to effectively implement design  changes. 

Our requirements 

• Experience as a UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing portal or application  design. 
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or UXPin. 
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles. 
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and  present design concepts. 
• Ability to conduct user research, interviews and usability testing. Experience in analysing data and drawing practical conclusions. Attention to detail with a focus on creating refined, user-centred designs. Familiarity with wireframe development tools. 
• Experience in designing web and mobile enterprise applications is a strong asset. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a strong asset. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum is a plus.
