We are looking for a UX Designer to join a cross-functional team working on high-impact digital products. This is a fully remote role with no travel, ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and are passionate about creating outstanding user experiences.

🔍 Role Overview:

As a UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with UI developers, backend engineers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business goals into intuitive, user-centric designs. You’ll be instrumental in delivering visually distinct and engaging experiences that set the product apart in the market.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate user experiences from concept to high-fidelity prototypes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align UI/UX with business and technical requirements.

• Contribute to and maintain design consistency across digital products.

• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product engagement.

• Advocate for UX best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing the full design process, from concept through prototype.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.

• Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
