Senior UX Designer

We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer to join a long-term project shaping a modern, AI-powered EdTech platform. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in product thinking, self-service flows, and high ownership environments.

About the project:

You’ll be working on a scalable, modular EdTech platform built on microservices, supporting B2B clients with full customization and white-label delivery. The ecosystem is evolving fast and embraces AI, flexibility, and design quality.

What you’ll do:

• Lead UX strategy and execution for key areas of the platform
• Drive design thinking processes, storming sessions, and strategic workshops
• Design user journeys and flows for self-service experiences
• Collaborate closely with a UI designer and product stakeholders
• Work independently without the need for step-by-step guidance
• Use Figma as your primary design tool
• Communicate fluently in English (B2/C1)

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design (including self-service platforms)
• Strategic mindset with a strong product orientation
• Experience facilitating design thinking or collaborative workshops
• Solid portfolio demonstrating user-focused solutions
• Availability to start quickly (ideally next week)
