Job description

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Customer Technology & Solutions Advisor, who will act as the main point of contact for IT and technology projects across a portfolio of up to 80 locations. This is a cross-functional role focused on client relationship management, technical oversight, and project delivery — perfect for someone who combines infrastructure knowledge with strategic thinking and communication skills.


🔧 Your Responsibilities

🤝 Relationship Management

  • Be the key technology contact for client stakeholders and local teams
  • Build trust-based relationships through regular check-ins, calls, and on-site visits
  • Ensure seamless communication between business, partners, and technical teams

🗂️ Portfolio & Technology Oversight

  • Maintain and update tech inventory (equipment, vendors, systems, key contacts)
  • Track solutions, interfaces, and 3rd party services across your locations
  • Formalize investment and delivery plans aligned with overall strategy

🧩 Solution Advisory & Planning

  • Propose and coordinate technology deployments and upgrades
  • Prepare implementation plans (budget, timeline, scope)
  • Help explain technical solutions in a business-friendly way, including CAPEX/OPEX impact

🚀 Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Lead or support technology project rollouts across your portfolio
  • Engage with internal teams (PMO, rollout, support, architecture) and external vendors
  • Track project status, dependencies, and ensure quality delivery

🤝 Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and tech leadership
  • Provide ongoing feedback on technology service performance
  • Visit key sites and vendor locations as needed


🎓 Your Background

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or similar technical/management field
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT service delivery, project management, or tech advisory roles
  • Previous experience working with multi-location portfolios or distributed environments


💡 Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical background (IT infrastructure, OS, networking)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination abilities
  • Fluent in English; additional local or regional language is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into actionable business plans
