Are you ready to join our international team as IT Service Desk Specialist? We shall tell you why you should...

 

 

Service Desk as part of KMD Group IT is a coordinator of IT support services provided to internal KMD employees. We ensure that all support tickets are properly handled and escalated to other support groups if needed. Our mission is to make sure that customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest level.

After onboarding, you can work with a hybrid style - with a meeting at the office every Wednesday. 

During onboarding (2 - 3 months) we are expecting you to work on-site in the office in Warsaw full-time. 

 

 

What will you do, of course, after your morning coffee:

 

  • Providing 1st level support to end-users, ensuring requirements are fully met according to best practices and processes within KMD
  • Acting as the single point of contact for all incidents and requests coming via different communication channels i.e. calls, portals
  • Handling tickets according to ITIL methodology
  • Cooperating with external vendors, 2nd and 3rd line of support

 

 

We are a GOOD match if you :

 

  • Have min 2+ years of experience in the 1st line of IT Support Specialist role or any similar
  • Have knowledge and practical experience with general IT knowledge (infrastructure, networking, software), Microsoft Windows 11 OS, Microsoft Office 365 platform, Active Directory user management, phishing email analysis
  • Have experience in preparing IT documentation/FAQ
  • Have a Client and service-oriented attitude
  • Are open-minded and eager to learn new things
  • Are a team player willing to share knowledge with others
  • Are fluent in both English and Polish

 

 

We will be a PERFECT match if you additionally:

 

  • Know the Danish Language
  • Have experience with Service Now
